I started this crazy journey a few years ago after reading several historical romances. Along the way, there were two romantic suspense novels and a time-travel novel, and two film options...
But I digress. My current series is a historical murder mystery with a hint of romance, starting with A Deadly Affair, Angus Brodie and Mikaela Forsythe, Murder Mystery Book 1, with Book 2 -- Deadly Secrets, followed by Book 3--A Deadly Game, and... Also look for the series coming to Audible.
I have always loved history. The inspiration for Brodie and Mikaela came from my fascination with all the changes that came about with the industrial revolution, new inventions (some good, some not so), and how it affected the new century (20th century). This unlikely duo have many more secrets to uncover and murders to solve.
We live in the Sierra Mountains outside of Yosemite National Park, with horses and two cats, and an occasional bear or mountain lion wandering through.
